In partnership with award-winning developer Salboy, the project will bring Nobu Hotel Manchester to the city skyline as the tallest building outside London, rising to 246 metres. A mixed-use destination of exceptional scale, it signals a new chapter for branded living in Manchester and establishes a powerful presence for Nobu in the UK beyond the capital.
Eleven has been appointed to produce the CGI imagery and animation for the residential offering, creating a visual language for the project from its earliest stages. The work is rooted in expressing the Nobu ethos in a residential setting, while drawing on the energy, character and cultural edge that define Manchester.
This is a landmark moment for the city and a significant step for branded residences in the UK. In close collaboration with the wider design and development team, we are helping shape how the project will be seen, understood and experienced.
